Every week we record:
* the total number of influenza-like illness (ILI) cases reported
* the total number of patients seen by sentinel physicians
* the total number of sentinels submitting the Weekly Incident Report form (CLICK HERE for a Sample)
* the total number of special lab requisition forms (CLICK HERE for a Sample)

Every week we compute:
* the percentage of visits to sentinel sites that were attributed to ILI
* the sentinel response rate

We also keep track of where our current sentinels are located in the province so we can identify gaps in coverage and focus recruitment efforts on those areas.
